The pretty aspiring medical student stabbed to death allegedly by her jealous former boyfriend was constantly hassled by the suspect before the attack, pals of the victim said yesterday.

Jonathan Pena Castillo, 21, allegedly harassed Edith Rojas, a Bronx Community College student, before allegedly murdering her Monday, her brother claimed.

The jealousy drove Rojas, 19, to dump Castillo about eight months ago.

“He was a possessive guy. He has to be calling her all the time,” said Ronny Peralta, 27.

The calls and visits continued after they broke up.

Liliana Tejeda, the victim’s best friend, said Castillo threatened suicide.

Castillo stabbed Rojas outside her apartment building before slashing himself in a suicide bid, cops said.

Castillo was in custody in a medically induced coma, police sources said. Charges were pending.
