‘Dancing With the Stars” judge Len Goodman has taken a wife.
Goodman, 68, married longtime girlfriend Sue Barrett, 47, Sunday in London.
The surprise wedding was attended by about 30 friends and family, including Goodman’s 96-year-old mother, according to The Telegraph.
It’s the second marriage for Goodman, who’s also a judge on the BBC’s “Strictly Come Dancing.” He has a son, Lesley, from a long-term relationship.
Goodman and Barrett, a dance teacher, have been together for over 10 years.
“I’ve had a marvelous day, and now my gorgeous Sue is the new Mrs. Goodman,” he told the Daily Mail, adding that the wedding was a surprise to all the guests — except for his mother.
“I didn’t want her having a heart attack with the surprise,” Goodman said about the ceremony, which was held at a private dining club, Belgravia, and cost a reported $40,000.
Goodman has been a judge on ABC’s “DWTS” along with Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba since the show’s premiere in 2005.
