Chelsea’s thank-you to Hill well-wishers

WASHINGTON — Chelsea Clinton tweeted thanks yesterday for all the support for mom Hillary, who remained hospitalized for a potentially life-threatening blood clot.

“Thank you to all for sending good thoughts my Mom’s way. Grateful to all her doctors & that she’ll make a full recovery!” wrote Chelsea, 32.

Hill and Bill’s only child, who appeared anguished Monday, also posted yesterday: “Grateful to be starting the new year with my family.”

Hillary, 65, is being treated with blood thinners at New York Presbyterian Hospital for a clot behind her right ear in the space between her brain and skull.

The secretary of state, weakened by a stomach virus, fell in her Washington, DC, home last month and sustained a concussion.

Her spokesman, Philippe Reines, had no update on her condition yesterday, but her doctors said Monday she’s expected to make a full recovery.

Friend and supporter Rep. Nita Lowey (D-NY) told The Post she spoke with the Clintons and they are staying strong.
