Kim Kardashian confirmed she was pregnant today on her Celebuzz blog.
“It’s true!! Kanye and I are expecting a baby. We feel so blessed and lucky and wish that in addition to both of our families, his mom and my dad could be here to celebrate this special time with us.
“Looking forward to great new beginnings in 2013 and to starting a family. Happy New Year!!! Xo”
Reports of a Kim Kardashian-Kanye West pregnancy swirled this morning, after West slipped the news to concertgoers during a Sunday show in Atlantic City.
He told the crowd of more than 5,000 at the Ovation Hall at the Revel Resort in song form: “Now you having my baby.”
West also told concertgoers to congratulate his “baby mom” and that this was the “most amazing thing.”
The crowd roared. Kanye beamed.

Kardashian’s reps confirmed the news to Justjared.com.
Kim’s family immediately took to Twitter.
Mom Kris Jenner tweeted, “Oh BABY BABY BABY!!” while sister Khloe wrote, “Keeping secrets is hard with so many family members! Especially when you are so freaking excited!!!!!”
“Been waiting to shout from the rooftops with joy and now I can!” her sister Kourtney wrote. “Another angel to welcome to our family. Overwhelmed with excitement!”
Kardashian’s half-sister, Kendall Jenner, asked her followers if they were excited about the KimYe baby. And mom Kris Jenner wrote, “I’m a happy girl! Wowza!”
Kim, 32, is most famous for appearing with her family on the E! series “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” The reality TV starlet is still finalizing her divorce with Brooklyn Nets player Kris Humphries, who she married in August 2011. Speculation, attention and the two-part TV special “Kim’s Fairytale Wedding” followed the marriage, but after 72 days, Kardashian filed for divorce.
Kardashian has said she overcame the separation with a period of self-discovery and personal growth.
“I learned so much, and the things I care about in my life have completely changed,” she told Jay Leno in March. “I still believe in love. I’m in love with love.”
West, 35, came along soon after, professing his feelings about Kardashian in his track “Cold.” In the song, originally titled “Theraflu,” West raps: “And I’ll admit, I had fell in love with Kim / Around the same time she had fell in love with him / Well that’s cool, baby girl, do ya thang / Lucky I ain’t had Jay drop him from the team.”
At first the KimYe coupling seemed like a publicity stunt – the image-wounded diva and the outspoken “Run This Town” rapper. But they started sharing moments and spotlight space and fashion ideals, managing their notoriety together, complementing each other’s fame fixation.
And now a baby’s on the way – so fire up the publicity machine, once again.
