It’s time to make your 2013 travel resolutions, plan that fantasy vacation or revisit a life-changing destination. And why not dream big? Take a cue from these celebrities who plan to live it up all over the world.

DREAMS

* Alessandra Ambrosio

India. I love doing yoga. Would love to go to an ashram and see all the beautiful things India has to offer.

*  Kristin Cavallari

The Maldives, which look gorgeous. I’m a big beach girl. A vacation to me is maybe doing a few activities, but for the most part, just getting some sun.

*  Randy Jackson

Guam. I want to see what the clubs are like.

*  Common

Italy, best to be close to water. Majorca, Spain. At least one country in Africa, like Kenya or Uganda. I’d love to see the roots of my ancestors and where they came from.

*  Sofia Vergara

I’d love to go to Australia.

* Robert Irvine

Bora Bora and Fiji. I’ve always wanted to go there just because I love idyllic nature, huts on the ocean and sun.

*  Tom Colicchio

Thailand. I’d like to eat there and see the sights. And, of course, check out the markets.

*  James D’Arcy

Horse-riding trek across the Andes. I think it would be an extraordinary experience.

*  Jacques Torres

Half Moon Cay, Bahamas. I’m from the South of France. I love being on a ship and an island and water. To be on a ship is a dream. I live on a boat. Water draws stress away.

FAVORITES

*  Famke Janssen

Istanbul. What an amazing city: the architecture, so much history, so many new things developing. The food was incredible.

*  Allison Williams

Montana. It’s beautiful. I like the air.

*  Jared Leto

Berlin, which I love. I’ve been there many, many times. It’s a wonderfully creative city with a lot of excitement and growth. It’s a beautiful place.

*  Marion Cotillard

Congo. It was inspiring. The people I met in the forest really want to fight for it. It was one of my most beautiful destinations.

*  Matt Damon

Pittsburgh. It’s a lot like Boston in the sense that the people are just very real, and it’s an easy place to kind of disappear.

*  John Goodman

London. I just like to get out and walk around. There’s always something new to see. The people are great. And I like to see the theater there, too.

*  Daniel Boulud

Italy to harvest truffles. Scandinavia — I love Denmark. I lived there for three years before coming to America.

*  Graham Nash

Barcelona. The Palau de la Música Catalana, the beautiful theater we played in. The Royal Albert Hall. And there’s the topless beach — that’s always an interesting sight.

*  Cesare Casella

Small islands around Sicily, like Pantelleria and Lipari. They’re beautiful. They’re better if you have a boat and spend one day on one island and one on another.
