‘Cannibal cop’ lawyers demand names of other ‘diners’

He’s hungry for some help from his fellow freaks.

Accused NYPD cannibal cop Gilberto Valle wants prosecutors to serve up the identities of more than 20 online sickos as he plans his defense to charges of plotting to kidnap, cook and eat women.

Court papers say the feds have “hundreds of thousands of e-mail and instant-message communications in which Mr. Valle and others talked about their violent sexual fantasies.”

But prosecutors have identified only three of the 20-plus alleged perverts Valle chatted with as his “co-conspirators,” while still leaving open the possibility that there may be more, according to the Manhattan federal court filing.

The three are identified in court papers as Michael Vanhise, “Moody Blues” and “Ali Khan.”

“Three weeks before trial, the defense needs to firmly know the identity of Mr. Valle’s alleged co-conspirators so that it can conduct its pretrial investigation,” public defender Julia Gatto wrote.

“Indeed, effective trial preparation could uncover facts critical to Mr. Valle’s defense in that the individuals with whom Mr. Valle was chatting likely will corroborate that they were engaging in fantasy role play with no intention of acting on their fantasies.”

The feds declined to comment.
