Atlanta-area school official Angela Cornett was busted in a Walmart parking lot for allegedly ramming her SUV into a 17-year-old girl standing in a parking space, trying to save it for a friend.

Cornett reportedly claimed the teen threw herself on the vehicle and falsely claimed to be hit, but cops aren’t buying it.

The 22-year-old bird watcher has set the record for spotting the most different kinds of feathered friends in one year, during a contest called Ontario Big Year.

According to reports, Vandermeulen cast his eyes on 344 different bird species in 2012.

Sacré blood!

Scientists have discovered the dried, preserved blood of former French King Louis XVI hidden inside an old gourd.

The blood matched DNA samples from the mummified head of the king, who was guillotined in 1793.

The blood was on a handkerchief that had likely been dipped into the king’s blood by a witness to the execution, and then left in the gourd as a souvenir.
