WASHINGTON — She’s been Photoshopping around.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi yesterday defended an altered picture (above) of Democratic congresswomen posted on her Flickr photo-sharing Web site.

The photo shows four House members (circled) not in the original pictures, taken Thursday when lawmakers were sworn in as members of the 113th Congress.

Other members had repositioned themselves as several photographs were being snapped. The laggards arrived at the Capitol steps late, and their images were inserted later.

“It was an accurate historical record of who the Democratic women of Congress are,” Pelosi told a news conference.
