Plea-deal outrage

An EMT union is accusing the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office of plotting to give a sweetheart plea deal to a Brooklyn assistant DA charged with attacking an EMT worker, according to a union letter obtained by The Post.

“It is said that the Manhattan DA Office will not present the case in a grand jury and that he will plea bargain,” union Vice President Joe Conzo raged in the letter about the prosecution of Michael Jaccarino, 30, who allegedly choked EMT Teresa Soler last November.

He is set to appear in court today.
