LONG LIVE THE KINK: Bolice Van Hise says her husband likes to tie her up and choke her — but he wouldn’t act on cannibalism fantasies. (

He may have a taste for bondage and erotic asphyxiation — but he’s still my man!

The wife of the New Jersey mechanic accused of conspiring with NYPD “cannibal cop” Gilberto Valle defended her kinky hubby after he was ordered held without bail yesterday.

Bolice Van Hise, 22, said she’s known for years that her husband, Michael, was into “dark” sexual fetishes and spent hours chatting online and surfing a Web site devoted to his deviant desires.

The young mother of three also admitted that she occasionally let him tie her up and choke her during their bedroom sessions, insisting that he always respected her limits.

“It’s disturbing, but you’ve got to accept your partner’s flaws in a marriage,” she said in a Manhattan federal court lobby.

“I’m not perfect. He’s not perfect.”

Bolice denied the charges against her husband, also 22, including new allegations that he admitted after his Friday arrest that he feels sexual urges toward young children — including his stepdaughter — and schemed to kidnap and rape a 7-year-old niece.

Bolice also accused the feds of arresting her husband in a “setup” to keep him from testifying that his online correspondence with Valle, 28, was just dirty talk.

“They’re making him into a monster that he’s not,” she said.

Valle, a six-year NYPD veteran, is accused of scheming online to kidnap, rape, torture, cook and eat women he allegedly targeted using a restricted law-enforcement database.

The complaint against Van Hise doesn’t contain any allegations involving human flesh, but prosecutor Randall Jackson said in court that there’s evidence Van Hise “suggested his niece is someone who can be kidnapped and eaten.”

Jackson also said Van Hise sent other co-conspirators a photo of the girl and an address “very close” to where she lives.

Court-appointed defense lawyer Alice Fontier called the pedophilia allegations against Van Hise “totally false” and insisted that his online communications were purely fantasy.

Magistrate Judge Henry Pitman rejected a defense plan to release him to house arrest on $200,000 bond, saying, “There are no conditions that can reasonably assure the safety of the community.”

Valle’s public defenders revealed yesterday that renowned shrink Park Dietz — who testified in the Jeffrey Dahmer cannibal-killer case — would testify as a defense witness in this case, saying Valle suffers from paraphilia, which causes arousal from extreme and unusual fantasies.
