3 grilled in teen parka slay

Police are questioning three men in connection with the murder of a 16-year-old boy who was shot near a Lower East Side bodega after he refused to hand over his green Polo Ralph Lauren winter coat, a law-enforcement source said.

A video released yesterday shows four men believed to be in their late teens or early 20s barging into the store at Rivington and Columbia streets Friday at about the same time Raphael Ward was shot in the chest and left to die.

One man keeps his right hand pocketed and his face covered with a black mask. The others wave their hands in the air, leaving their faces partially visible.

Four men who had argued with Ward earlier in the day returned with a gun, and one shot him, police said.
