VANGUARD WINE BAR: Former Le Bernardin chef Soa Davies brings French-influenced American small plates to Kips Bay (530 Second Ave.; opens tomorrow).

EVR: A “gastro lounge” with outlets for charging your iPhone and live DJs (54 W. 39th St.; 212-997-3900; opens Monday).

THE SKYLIGHT SHOPPE AT MALONEY & PORCELLI: The Midtown steakhouse debuts a ’50s-style soda fountain and luncheonette on its third floor (37 E. 50th St.; 212-750-0100; January).

PRIME GRILL: Midtown’s kosher steakhouse moves seven blocks north with its old wood-burning oven (25 W. 56th St.; late January).

REDFARM UPPER WEST SIDE:The West Village Chinese eatery hits the Upper West Side with an expanded dim sum menu (2170 Broadway; February/March).

MEXIBBQ: Mexican-Southern fusion heads to the Upper East Side (1633 Second Ave.; spring).

TAVERN ON THE GREEN: Chef Katy Sparks hopes to restore the famous restaurant-in-hiatus to its former Central Park glory with a local, seasonal menu (Central Park; late 2013).
