Love-rival shoot rap

A Rikers correction officer was arraigned yesterday on attempted-murder charges for allegedly shooting his girlfriend’s unarmed ex-love during a road-rage standoff in Brooklyn, police said.

Dale Moore, 31, also was charged with assault in connection with Tuesday’s shooting, which left Kai Gates, 34, in critical but stable condition.

Moore was held in lieu of $2.5 million bond or $2 million cash bail.

He was off-duty and driving his gal pal — and boss — Correction Capt. Shalonda Smith, 36 — when he allegedly was cut off by a jealous Gates in East Flatbush.
