Her final breast in show

Beauty queen Allyn Rose is flaunting her ample assets one last time at the Miss America pageant tonight.

Win or lose, Miss District of Columbia plans to undergo a prophylactic double mastectomy after the contest.

The beautiful blonde, who lost her mother, grandmother and great aunt to breast cancer, believes the preventive measure will decrease her chances of getting the disease.

“My mom would have given up every part of her body to be here for me, to watch me in the pageant,’’ the 24-year-old stunner told The Associated Press.

“If there’s something that I can do to be proactive, it might hurt my body, it might hurt my physical beauty, but I’m going to be alive.’’

Rose, who majored in politics at college and whose mother died when she was in her teens, does not carry the so-called breast-cancer genes BRCA1 and BRCA2 but does have an inherited rare genetic mutation.

Another contestant, Miss Montana will make history tonight — Alexis Wineman, 18, is the pageant’s first autistic competitor.

In her contestant video she says she would like to use the platform if she wins to spread awareness of autism.

“Most people do not understand what autism is,’’ she said on her finalist video, Fox News reported. “And one in 88 people having some form of autism – this understanding is becoming more and more necessary.’’
