Model: I’m not cheap

This model is no cheap trick.

Yuliana Bondar, 26, is suing her former agency, saying it used her image to sell $8 lipstick without her permission.

Bondar posed for LASplash, a drugstore cosmetics company, during a 2010 shoot in SoHo, according to the suit filed yesterday in Manhattan Supreme Court.

A booker for her New York-based agency, Major Model Management, signed her up for the ad campaign, her attorney said.

“She’s a high-fashion model, with all due respect to LASplash and their drugstore cosmetics campaign,” scoffed Carlos Carvajal, Bondar’s attorney. “She was under the impression that it was a product test and wouldn’t be for advertising.”

The Ukrainian-born Bondar has graced the pages of Elle and French Vogue and worked with designers Marc Jacobs, Diane von Furstenberg and Vera Wang.

Bondar is suing for $300,000 in damages for breach of contract, among other allegations.

A spokeswoman for Major Model Management confirmed that Bondar once worked at the agency, but otherwise declined to comment.
