The Who: A motley crew of menswear editors and riffraff —i n some cases one in the same — crammed into the West Side loft space like frostbitten sardines to see this local label’s first fashion week showing.

The What: Everyone will be tweeting the same tale, that of a “Dazed & Confused”-style house party setup where “street” (but still pretty) looking male models passed the Doritos (and suggestively, the Dutch) wearing separates that suit that sort of lifestyle: tie-dye tees, cozy sweaters, sneaks. It was a day in the park for the Downtown set, with clothes reflecting an attitude presumably NSFW amongst the Midtown crowd.

The Highlight: The performative aspect of the presentation and the long-haired Aussie passing out PBR made for an atmosphere as satisfying as the clothes themselves.

The Takeway: Watch out for this Bushwick-based brand; their vision of a laid back world might cause you to quit your day job, or at the very least show up tardy.
