Pain of missing heir’s kin

The heir to the Morton Williams supermarket chain has vanished after an argument with his parents over their insistence that he get a prenuptial agreement with his fiancée, a law- enforcement source said.

David Sloan, 42, has not been seen since leaving his West 62nd Street apartment at 12:30 p.m. last Friday, authorities said.

The source said Sloan got into an argument with his father, company CEO Morton Sloan, shortly before vanishing.

The issue, according to the fiancée, who the man’s family said was a psychiatrist named Silvia Stefanesco, was “a prenuptial his parents wanted him to get before his wedding,” a source said.

But Morton Sloan said, “My son and I never had an argument.”

The younger Sloan told his fiancée he was feeling stressed out after the alleged argument and said he was going to his car to get his cellphone and other items, the source said. But he never returned.

Cops found the car in a garage, with the cellphone inside.

Sloan’s family is alarmed because he suffers from a condition that requires medication, the source said.

“We’re very worried,” said his mother, Judith Sloan.

Police checked all local hospitals but did not find him.

David Sloan is 6 feet tall and 180 pounds, and he was last seen wearing a black jacket, a blue sweater and jeans. Anyone with information is asked to call the police CrimeStoppers hot line at 1-800-577-TIPS.
