A former Stuyvesant HS librarian and a hospital-security honcho plotted to torture, rape and kill women and children with a cohort of NYPD “cannibal cop” Gilberto Valle, authorities said yesterday.
Christopher Asch, 60, a bespectacled former librarian at the top school, was busted yesterday morning after the FBI raided his Greenwich Village pad, sources said.
The arrest came a day after Richard Meltz, 65, a police chief at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Bedford, Mass., was busted.
FBI agents stumbled on the men in their probe of Michael Van Hise.
Asch and Meltz offered to help Van Hise, who isn’t named in the new criminal complaint, when he said he wanted his wife, sister-in-law and sister-in-law’s kids raped and murdered, according to the complaint.
