Whoda thunk that adventurous Oscar winner and hunk Matthew McConaughey is also a fashion designer? We’ve just learned his casual apparel line, JKL — Just Keep Livin’ — has found a new showroom.
JKL is now along for a ride for its first showroom at Space 530, the luxury fashion co-location setup for 30 brands at 530 Seventh Ave., which has various-sized work spaces for $3,500 to $10,000 per month.
Space 530 was founded in 2012 by building owner Bob Savitt of Savitt Partners, who teamed with co-working pioneer Debra Larsen.
The floor has an art collection, high ceilings and 16-foot windows along with a café, lounges and pantries.
Neighboring brands include Elie Tahari, Melissa Odabash’s swimwear and Gola Classics.
Startups can also bump elbows with the big shots by becoming a virtual office member for a mere $300 a month and gain private event access, along with the ability to use work stations or reserve conference rooms and available showrooms.
McConaughey, a 44-year-old father of three — married to Camila Alves, a Brazilian model and designer — picked up a Best Actor Oscar last Sunday.
The line is sold at Dillard’s, and a portion of every sale goes to the actor’s just keep livin Foundation, a nonprofit that starts and supports after-school fitness and wellness programs.
Built in 1929, the Art Deco building has a total of 490,000 square feet.
Brazilian jeweler Fabrizio Giannone is moving east to 1031 Lexington Ave. where he signed a deal for a jewel box of 400 square feet on the ground floor.
The location was home to Malia Mills which moved to the nearby 1015 Lexington.
The asking rent of $390 per square foot includes a full basement and “fantastic frontage,” said his broker, Adam Weinblatt of Zelnik & Co., who dealt directly with the building owner.
The jeweler is currently at the pricier 957 Madison Ave.
Equinox is flexing its own muscles and has blended, extended and expanded its headquarters lease at 895 Broadway into the entire 72,000 square feet.

“The Flatiron market is hot,” said Robert K. Futterman who represents the company. Retail rents in the area are $200 a foot, with $50s to $70s per foot for area offices.
