Rangers’ Lundqvist dealing with shoulder pain

BOSTON — Yesterday was not the best of days for Henrik Lundqvist. But for him and his Rangers team, what’s most important is how he feels when he wakes up today.

The Blueshirts goalie took a shot from Daniel Paille to the left shoulder with 4:52 remaining in yesterday’s 5-2 Game 2 loss to the Bruins at TD Garden. He went to the ice in pain and tried to skate it off for a while before getting back in net.

“It’s my shoulder,” Lundqvist said after the game, in which he gave up five goals on 32 shots. “We’ll see. We’ll take a look at it.”
