Brooklyn

A subway conductor helped a straphanger escape a sicko (police sketch of suspect) who exposed himself on a No. 4 train and put his hands on her, police said.

The victim, 21, was on board the train near the Saratoga Avenue station in Brownsville at about 3 a.m. on May 15 when a man began chatting her up, then exposed himself, cops said.

When she ignored him, he became belligerent and shoved her against a train-car door, trapping her until it opened in the station and she fled, authorities said.

She ran toward the conductor’s compartment with the suspect pursuing her — and he reopened the doors to let her back in, then closed them again to lock out the attacker, cops added.

The perv fled the station onto Livonia Street.

The suspect is in his late 20s, about 120 pounds and nearly 6 feet tall, cops said.

He was wearing a blue, waist-length windbreaker and dark blue jeans.

A construction worker fell to his death from the roof of a Kensington home yesterday, cops said.

Juan Dela Cruz was sheathing a rooftop dormer at 681 E. Third St. near Ditmas Avenue at about 7:45 a.m. when he lost his balance and tumbled 2 1/2 stories, authorities said.

He died at Maimonides Hospital.

Police said Dela Cruz was in his 30s.

The Department of Buildings is probing the tragedy, and issued a full stop-work order on the property.

The DOB issued violations to owner Bapazh Ash, for conducting work without a permit and failing to safeguard people and property.

No safety equipment was in use, records show.

A man was found mortally wounded in Bedford-Stuyvesant, police said.

The 44-year-old man was found stabbed in the neck on Kosciuszko Street near Marcus Garvey Boulevard at about 4:40 p.m. Tuesday, and was pronounced dead minutes later at Woodhull Hospital, cops said.

Authorities said the victim and a suspect were acquainted, but it wasn’t immediately clear what sparked the violence, authorities said.

No arrests have been made.

The victim’s name was withheld pending family notification.

Queens

Police have identified a suspect in the cruel robbery of an elderly man collecting 5-cent-deposit cans in Elmhurst, authorities said.

Leonardo Rojas, 37, is wanted for approaching the 69-year-old victim at about 9 a.m. on May 10 near 100th Street and 37th Avenue, and luring him to the back of a building on 94th Street with the promise of more cans, cops said.

The victim was not hurt.

Cops say Rojas is 5-foot-8 and weighs 180 pounds.

The Bronx

A boy was struck by a hit-and-run driver in Foxhurst, cops said.

The 11-year-old was hit at about 2:50 p.m. Tuesday at Westchester Avenue and Fox Street, authorities said.

He was listed in stable condition at Jacobi Medical Center.

The driver fled the scene in a tan Lincoln, and no arrests have been made.

The passenger robbed a livery driver at knifepoint in the South Bronx, police said.

The 46-year-old driver picked up the fare near East 180th Street and Southern Boulevard at about 2:50 a.m., Tuesday and drove him to East 143rd Street near St. Ann’s Avenue, cops said.

The suspect then pulled a knife on the cabby, demanded cash and fled into a courtyard with the cabby’s $85, police added.

He is believed to be in his late 20s to early 30s, 5-foot-7 and 140 pounds, cops said.

Staten Island

A tipsy boater still had his sea legs when he was reeled in by authorities in the waters off Tottenville.

Authorities allege that New Jersey resident David Zboyan, 53, smelled of alcohol, was unsteady on his feet and slurring his speech when the Coast Guard caught up with him in Raritan Bay at about 7:10 p.m. Monday, according to a Criminal Court complaint.

Zboyan allegedly blew 0.06 on a blood-alcohol test at the 120th Precinct.

He was charged with operation of a vessel while under the influence of alcohol, according to a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.
