A 13-year-old is being charged after bringing a bb-gun to a Downtown Brooklyn school, a law enforcement source said.
The boy is being charged with criminal possession of a weapon after the weapon was discovered around 3 p.m. at the Hanson Place Seventh-day Adventist School on LaFayette Avenue, the source added.
No one was injured and the boy is being charged as a juvenile, according to police. For that reason, his name has not been released.
School officials would not comment on the incident.
