A thief’s vanity did him in after the camera-loving ham snapped a picture of his own mug, accidentally uploading it to the victim’s email account, police said.

Albert Wilson, 19, and five accomplices surrounded a 16-year-old boy on Southern Boulevard and East 175th Street around 9:50 p.m., Saturday, ordering the victim to empty his pockets, cops added.

Wilson grabbed the teen’s Samsung Galaxy Epic cell phone and fled with his crew of thieves, according to police.

The thief then snapped his own picture, not realizing photos from the teen’s smartphone are automatically sent to the victim’s email account, cops said.

The image allowed police to identify and nab the suspect, who got to mug it up again when cops arrested him for robbery, possession of stolen property and possession of a controlled substance believed to be crack cocaine, police added.
