An Upper East Side chiropractor says he’s being blacklisted by not one, but 48 blogs.
A Massachusetts woman has created a number of blogs slamming Frederick Mindel as a fraud, abuser, liar and cultist, a lawsuit says.
The Web sites started popping up in 2008, accusing Mindel of “having engaged in physical abuse, sexual harassment, and multiple cases of malpractice,” say papers he filed in Manhattan Supreme Court.
Mindel says Bette Leahy, of Waltham, Mass., is behind the smear campaign.
“Please help stop Fred from harming more people!” Leahy allegedly pleads online.
Mindel is seeking $500,000 damages. Leahy could not be reached for comment.
