NJ man busted for sixth DUI — in last three months

His keys have finally been taken away.

A New Jersey man with five previous drunk driving arrests since April was busted again Thursday — accused of driving while intoxicated.

Police told The News of Cumberland County that Anderson Sotomayor, 45, refused a breathalyzer test following his latest arrest.

This time, he was lodged in jail on a no-bail warrant — after he failed to appear in court earlier Thursday, The News of Cumberland County reported.

Sotomayor’s first DWI arrest came on April 9. Other arrests followed on April 11, April 25, May 12, and May 16.

The cases had all come so close together, Sotomayor was free to get back behind the wheel after posting bail, since none of them had gone to trial.
