Yahoo! shares dropped 3 percent, to $19.70, after the Web portal gave sales forecasts that fell short of analysts’ projections. Revenue in the current period will be $1.07 billion to $1.10 billion, Yahoo said. That was shy of the $1.12 billion predicted. Sales will be $4.5 billion to $4.6 billion, compared with analysts’ $4.59 billion estimate.
