This surfer got to hang 10 — at 100 feet!
US daredevil Garrett McNamara rode this monster wall of water off Nazare, Portugal, and may have shattered his own world record for surfing the biggest wave.
The 45-year-old Hawaiian returned Monday to the coast where he surfed a record-setting wave of 78 feet in 2011.
Photos like this and videos taken by spectators will be studied to make sure he broke his previous Guinness World Record.
“Thank you for all your support. It means the world to me,” he tweeted to fans. “Today was an awesome day and so fun to be out there.”
