Manhattan

Two thieves are responsible for three burglaries in Gramercy and Flatiron, police said.

The men, one pictured, first struck at 10 a.m. on Jan. 10, when they walked through an open door of an apartment on East 18th Street near Third Avenue and stole cash, an iPhone and earrings, cops said.

Five hours later, they found another open door, on East 15th Street near Third Avenue, and took money, a MacBook, a necklace and a TV, cops said.

Four days later, they stole a MacBook from a home where the door was unlocked, on West 17th Street near Sixth Avenue, cops said.

One of the burglars stands 5-foot-8 and was last seen wearing a black hoodie, dark pants and black and white sneakers.

The second stands about 5-foot-6 and was wearing a waist-length blue jacket, khakis and white sneakers.

A former account manager was busted for stealing more than a $100,000 from a TriBeCa shoe store, authorities said.

Joe Lai, 42, resigned from Fortune Footwear on Hudson Street in November. In December, the company discovered $113,000 in unpaid invoices from a client, KMI Hip Hop, court papers state.

KMI told the company it had paid its bills — making the checks payable to Lai, court records show.

The employer discovered that the account into which the checks were direct-deposited matched the one that Lai had provided to the company, court records show.

Lai was arrested last Thursday and charged with grand larceny, records show.

Brooklyn

A hothead with a famous name punched his neighbor and then struck him with a car in East New York, authorities said.

Keith Richards, 26, who shares the Rolling Stones legend’s name, had been helping the landlord of his building by collecting rent from tenants, law- enforcement sources said.

Richards allegedly punched the victim in the mouth after the two began arguing over keys and rent payments on Schenck Avenue near Livonia Avenue at about 8:30 p.m. on Feb. 5, sources said.

He then got into his car, rammed the victim and sped off, authorities said.

The victim was treated for minor injuries at Brookdale Hospital.

Richardson was charged with assault, leaving the scene of an accident, aggravated harassment and criminal possession of a weapon, among other charges, records show.

The Bronx

Four burglars made off with a pile of bling from a Bedford Park jewelry store, police said yesterday.

All four men fled on foot, police said.

They are believed to be in their late teens and were last seen wearing hoodies and sweatpants, cops said.

Staten Island

Cops busted an admitted drunken driver in Castleton Corners after he crashed his car, authorities said.

Alexander Simpson, 52, was driving down Keiber Court near Miller Street Sunday at 1:20 a.m. when he smashed into three parked cars with such force that he pushed one car onto the sidewalk, law-enforcement sources said.

“I drank zombies,” Simpson allegedly admitted to cops. “I had a few drinks, I’m sorry.”

The boozy driver blew more than twice the legal limit of .08 on a Breathalyzer, court papers indicate.

Cops also found a baggie of cocaine on the driver-side floor of Simpson’s 2004 Dodge pick-up truck, according to court documents.

Simpson was arrested on charges of aggravated DWI and criminal possession of a controlled substance, said Doug Auer, a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.

A brute stabbed a foe with a kitchen knife amid an argument in Emerson Hill, authorities said.

Melvin Garner, 21, was arguing with the victim last Wednesday at 10 p.m. on Manor Road near South Gannon Avenue, according to court documents.

The hothead went berserk and reached for a knife, slashing the man in the face and stabbing him in the chest, court papers show.

The victim received hospital treatment for non-life-threatening injuries, records show.

Garner was slapped with charges of assault, criminal possession of a weapon and harassment, according to records.

He had been previously arrested last November for robbing a food-cart vendor in Castleton Corners, records show.
