This guy was caught on camera exposing himself to a straphanger on a train near Times Square, police said.

He flashed the 26-year-old victim on a Queens-bound R train at about 11:20 p.m. Feb. 27, cops said.

The suspect, who fled, was described as in his early 40s, dressed all in black and carrying a Fed- Ex envelope that he used to cover his, er, package.

Two men robbed an Upper East Side bank — at the exact same time, police said.

They entered the North East Community branch on Second Avenue near 91st Street together and split up, going to two different tellers, at 2:45 p.m. Feb 26, police said.

Each one passed his teller a demand note, was given an unknown amount of cash and fled — in different directions, of course.

One was described as about 5-foot-11 and wearing a gray Kangol hat and a gray peacoat, and the other as about 5-foot-9 and sporting a mustache, according to police.

Brooklyn

An angry motorist who really didn’t want a parking ticket is facing criminal charges for snatching an NYPD traffic agent’s scanner and smashing it to the ground, police said.

Zevulun Yitzchakov, 21, was incensed at being slapped with the ticket at about noon Wednesday in Kensington, cops said.

So he allegedly grabbed the scanner from the agent’s hand, flung it down and fled.

Cops caught up with him, and he was charged with grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property and obstruction of governmental administration, records show.

Police are seeking a woman and a man in the burglary of a Bushwick apartment.

They allegedly broke in through a kitchen window in the unit on Irving Avenue between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Feb. 28 and fled with jewelry, a TV, a computer and a printer.

Police are seeking a man in connection with the burglary of a Rego Park beauty salon whose glass front door was smashed with a hammer.

The thief ransacked Olga’s Salon, on 63rd Drive near Alderton Street, at 3:20 a.m. and escaped with cash from the register and a portable radio, authorities said.

The suspect was described as in his late 30s, 5-foot-8 and 165 pounds.

A man was fatally stabbed in the back and a 17-year-old boy he was walking with in Richmond Hill was struck with a rock in what police are treating as a gang-related attack.

They were jumped in front of a hair salon on Jamaica Avenue near 127th Street at 3:35 p.m. Wednesday, cops said.

The stabbing victim, who was not named but was described as having been in his 30s, was rushed to Jamaica Hospital but died there, investigators said.

The teen, who was hit near a shoulder, declined medical attention.

Staten Island

A perv with 30 priors allegedly exposed himself to a woman on a city bus in Tottenville and wound up in familiar surroundings — a jail cell.

Earl Lester, 42, got the rider’s attention and began pleasuring himself at about 9:45 a.m. Tuesday on Hylan Boulevard near Richard Avenue, according to court documents.

He was arrested and charged with public lewdness, the records show.

The Bronx

First he beat up his baby mama with a broomstick, and then he threatened to toss her out a window, authorities said.

Calvin Gilyard, 26, broke into the woman’s apartment on East 169th Street in Mount Eden at about 5:30 a.m. Sunday, according to court papers.

He allegedly slammed her face-first into a wall, then picked up the broom and repeatedly hit her on the back with it. Then, authorities said, he grabbed her again and snarled, “I’m gonna throw you out the window,” but didn’t.

Arrested at the scene, he was hit with a slew of charges, including burglary, assault and criminal possession of a weapon— the broom.
