Man pleads guilty to killing stepdaughter, blinding ex in 2011 shooting

A Queens madman who fatally shot his stepdaughter and permanently blinded his estranged wife pleaded guilty on Tuesday for the senseless bloodshed and will be sentenced to 30 years in prison.

Guerino Annarumma admitted to a Queens judge that on the morning of Dec. 5, 2011 he patiently waited for his wife, Olga to leave her Astoria home to walk the dog before assaulting and dragging her back to the 38th Street building.

“I saw her come out the house. I got very angry. I asked her, ‘Why did you call the police?’ She ruined my life,” Annarumma told cops, referring to two separate harassment charges Olga filed against him.

The killer fired several shots as Olga’s 22-year-old daughter, Valeria Lowery opened the door.

Olga, 57, was shot in the head and Lowery was struck three times in the head and body, said DA Richard A. Brown.

Annarumma, 54, pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter, second-degree attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon charges.

The troubled couple were expected in divorce court that same day.

Annarumma is expected to be sentenced to 30 years in prison on December 18.

After the unthinkable incident, Lowery died at a local hospital and Olga — after brain surgery — suffers from permanent blindness, said a spokesperson from the Queens DA’s office.

Olga relocated back to her home country.
