A Brooklyn special-education teacher was arrested yesterday after she admitted having sex with a student last year — when the boy was just 15, authorities said.
Evelyn Rogers, 33, of the HS for Innovation in Advertising and Media in Canarsie, was busted outside her Queens home on charges that included rape, criminal sexual acts and sexual abuse.
Special Commissioner of Investigations Richard Condon said the teacher and student, who is now 16, confessed to sex romps off campus beginning last August.
Department of Education officials are seeking to terminate Rogers, whose salary is $54,000.
