Frankel fit for a split

Skinnygirl diet guru Bethenny Frankel had a teary, heated closed-door confab with her estranged hubby, Jason Hoppy, in Manhattan Supreme Court yesterday.

Before the 30-minute sit-down, the duo’s divorce attorneys haggled over custody arrangements for their 2-year-old daughter, Bryn, in a courthouse hallway.

The former “Real Housewives of New York” star’s lawyer, Allan Mayefsky, was heard saying that Frankel, 42, would allow Hoppy, 41, to stay in her Manhattan apartment to visit Bryn, but that he’d have to ask permission to have pals over.

Frankel, who arrived wearing stilettos and aviator shades, expressed concern about Bryn going to Florida to visit Hoppy’s parents.

Frankel and Hoppy wed in 2010 and co-starred in the series “Bethenny Ever After.”

Both sides declined to comment as they left court yesterday.
