Dare we say that in Hollywood, Amy Adams is more “powerful than a locomotive” — such as this one, where she’s vamping up for Allure magazine?
Adams, 38, plays Lois Lane in the Superman reboot, “Man of Steel,” opening Friday. “I’ve wanted to be in a superhero movie, and this was my best chance, as some mere mortal,” says the four-time Oscar nominee known more for dramatic work. “I don’t look that good in Lycra.”
