A ruthless brute kicked a 65-year-old woman while robbing her purse in Coney Island, police said.

The suspect followed the victim into an elevator at 2930 W. 30th St. at about 4 p.m. on June 6, cops said.

He allegedly threw the woman to the ground, kicked her and took off with her bag.

The victim suffered bumps and bruises.

An off-duty corrections worker was arrested for allegedly threatening her boyfriend’s mother.

Melissa Greene, 31, called the woman at 11:20 p.m. Sunday and allegedly threatened to damage her property in Crown Heights.

Greene was arrested Monday morning, just after midnight, according to police.

She was charged with aggravated harassment.

A woman was arrested for weapons possession after attacking a pal with a chair during a dispute in Flatbush, authorities said.

Tenique Blake, 23, tossed the chair at the 31-year-old woman in a home on East 35th Street at around 2:30 p.m., May 27, a Criminal Court complaint charges.

The victim suffered a cut and pain, but refused medical attention, sources said.

Blake was hit with a slew of charges, including assault, menacing, harassment and weapons possession.

Staten Island

A Port Richmond man was charged with driving while drunk after passing out behind the wheel of his car in the middle of the night — with the music playing so loudly that someone called in a noise complaint, authorities said.

Jorge Galindo, 36, was passed out cold behind the wheel of his parked 1999 Oldsmobile on Richmond Terrace at around 2:45 a.m. on June 2, sources said.

The engine was still running, and the bass from his speakers was thumping, prompting a neighbor to call cops, the sources said.

When police responded, the blaring music could be heard a block away — and, the sources said, cops didn’t have to be too close to Galindo to smell the booze on his breath.

Next to the snoozing music lover, cops found vomit and, allegedly, a mix of empty and full beer cans.

Galindo was charged with driving while intoxicated, according to a Criminal Court complaint.

A Clifton man was busted for swindling money from a public-housing agency, authorities said.

Ozigbo Kingsley, 33, submitted falsified business records in 2008 to the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development, claiming that he made only about $20,000 a year — when, in fact, he actually took in more than $60,000 in 2008, according to a complaint against him.

He also pulled the same stunt in 2009, cheating the agency out of $9,000 he received in public assistance, authorities said.

He was arrested on behalf of the feds by a detective from the Staten Island DA’s Office on May 30 and charged with grand larceny and offering a false instrument, authorities said.

A man who was busted while painting graffiti on a Staten Island Ferry boat in Port Richmond was also found to be in possession of drugs, authorities said.

John Connolly, 30, was “tagging” the vessel John J. Marchi at around 5:20 p.m. on June 7 when cops caught him, according to a Criminal Court complaint.

When Connolly was searched, police found a hypodermic needle, methamphetamine and graffiti instruments, the document charges.

He was arrested and charged with a felony for making graffiti, as well as criminal mischief, drug possession and possession of the needle, according to authorities.

The Bronx

An off-duty cop who crashed her car and allegedly fled the scene of the Schuylerville accident has been arrested, authorities said.

NYPD Officer Kelly Hughes, 24, flipped her Nissan and hit a parked car on Revere Avenue at around 4 a.m. April 4, law-enforcement sources said.

She tried to hide in a stranger’s house, but the occupant refused to let her in, the sources said.

The 52nd Precinct cop was arrested on Monday and charged with criminal mischief, DWI and leaving the scene of an accident.

Manhattan

A gunman robbed a livery driver in Harlem, police said.

The suspect opened a rear door of the car at West 134th Street and Saint Nicholas Avenue at around 10:35 p.m. Thursday, cops said.

He showed a gun and demanded cash, police added. He fled with an unknown amount of cash, according to authorities

He is approximately 5-foot-6 and 135 pounds.
