Lottery b-ring$ him luck

A city sanitation worker who won a $2 million Powerball jackpot with two co-workers plans to buy his wife the engagement ring she’s always deserved.

“It’s taken me 20 years, but now my wife is going to get the ring she’s always dreamed of,” said Kory Stewart of upstate Warwick, who pocketed a lump-sum check for $441,199 after taxes.

“She’s got a ring on her finger but not the one she really deserves.

“I’m finally getting her a nice diamond ring — five carats. Winning this is going to make our lives a lot easier and help pay off some debt.”

His smiling wife, Lynette, was looking forward to trying on her new rock.

“I feel blessed. I’m happy and grateful,” she gushed.

Stewart, 48, who makes about $70,000 a year, was in a pool with fellow sanitation worker Kim Johnson, 54, and a retired colleague, Cheryll Wright, 58, both of Brooklyn.

They bought the lucky ticket for the May 18 drawing at KP Novelty on Sixth Avenue in Manhattan.

They and seven other lottery winners from Queens, Staten Island, Brooklyn and The Bronx received giant souvenir checks.

The winners included unemployed Steven Rymer, 23, who graduated from Binghamton University last year. He took home a lump-sum check for $623,040.
