An immigration official was hauled into court yesterday on cocaine and pot conspiracy charges, federal prosecutors in Manhattan said.
Immigration Enforcement Agent Kordell Nesbitt, 25, of The Bronx, was selling drugs since May, officials said. The evidence included texts from his phone to that of another drug suspect, in which he asked how much “snow” and how much “green” and “veggies” would be available.
