NY1 senior business anchor Annika Pergament has sold her family-friendly Trump Place condo at 200 Riverside Blvd. for $2.45 million. She listed it in February for $2.595 million.

The 14th-floor home is 1,723 square feet with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and oversized windows featuring stunning views of the Hudson River. One big selling point is the master suite with walk-in closets, plus a marble bathroom with a deep soaking tub.

The Costas Kondylis-designed building includes a garage, a gym with a swimming pool and a children’s room. The unit was listed by Douglas Elliman’s Jacky Teplitzky.

Trading places

John Silvetz, a high-profile trader at the BlueCrest Capital hedge fund, and his model wife, Wilda Deon Bray, have paid close to $10 million for a sprawling condo in the Whitman, where Chelsea Clinton and NASCAR star Jeff Gordon also have units. Silvetz, who previously worked at Deutsche Bank, bought a floor-through, four-bedroom, 6 1/2-bathroom unit that is nearly 5,000 square feet.

The listing brokers were Douglas Elliman’s Melanie Lazenby and Dina Lewis. Only one unit in the building, a $25 million penthouse duplex, remains.

Man on the movie

Movie producer Bob Weinstein has listed his sprawling early 20th-century mansion in Greenwich, Conn., for $32 million.

The 12,788-square-foot home is on more than 3 acres, including 440 feet of shoreline with a beach, stone pier and deep-water mooring. The Coldwell Banker listing notes that the home has undergone a “top-to-bottom, museum-quality renovation.” The six-bedroom, 6 1/2-bathroom house boasts a solarium and nine fireplaces.

We hear . . .

That restaurant mogul Jeffrey Chodorow’s Trump Tower apartment, listed for $17.5 million by Douglas Elliman’s Oren Alexander and Tal Alexander, is in contract. The 3,700-square-foot, high-floor condo at 721 Fifth Ave. features stellar views of Central Park and the skyline through floor-to-ceiling windows . . . That Democratic strategist David Axelrod signed a lease for a 3,000-square-foot space at 636 Sixth Ave., a building where the Corcoran Group happens to have a downtown office. Last month, Axelrod noted that Hillary Clinton will likely be his party’s presidential candidate in 2016.
