Disturbing new photos of the Bronx train derailment were released today by a lawyer suing the Metro-North on behalf of three passengers.
The pictures show inside the cars after the crash, as well as the train on its side.
Attorney Michael S. Lamonsoff is representing retired military vet and dentist Denise Williams, student Kellon McFarland, and building engineer Alexander Marquez.
Denise Williams’ sister spoke on Skype next to her in a hospital bed.
“In her words, her body was being tossed around like a basketball,” she said.
“It just pains me to see her so helpless like this.”
