Undercover cop indicted in biker gang attack

The disgraced undercover NYPD cop busted for participating in a vicious motorcycle gang attack caught on video last September was indicted for gang assault and other serious felonies by a Manhattan grand jury Friday.

Detective Wojciech Braszczok is one of 11 bikers charged in a 14-count indictment for the brutal beat down of Manhattan Internet exec Alexian Lien in front of his terrified wife and infant daughter.

Lien was surrounded by the biker mob as he drove his black Ranger Rover near 125th Street in Harlem on September 29th.

After a confrontation, the bikers slashed the SUV’s tires. Lien peeled away, running over several bikers, one of whom was critically injured.

A swarm of enraged bikers pursued him for 50 blocks northbound on the West Side Highway.

When Lien exited on 178th Street, the assailants stopped his SUV, yanked him out and savagely beat him as his family watched in horror.

Braszczok, 32, who is accused of punching out the rear window of the SUV, is out on $150,000 bail. He faces up to 25 years in prison on the top charge.

The 11th biker to be arrested, Edwin Rodriguez, was arraigned in Manhattan Supreme Court Thursday and pleaded not guilty to the top charge of gang assault. He posted $25,000 bail.
