Some seriously bad lip reading has transformed one of the darkest and bloodiest shows on TV into a cheesy comedy.
“Game of Thrones” is not a bundle of laughs. It’s full of scheming psychopaths who castrate their prisoners and slaughter people at weddings, among other less-than-moral pursuits.
But the YouTube channel Bad Lip Reading has changed all of that by dubbing fake dialogue over real scenes from the show and giving its plot a small makeover.
“Theme park manager Eddie Stark has one week to whip his lacklustre group of employees into shape before the park’s grand opening,” the clip’s description reads.
Eddie struggles through pigheadedly, desperately trying to get Medieval Land Fun-Time World up and running, while the other characters make mischief.
They’ve all been renamed and funnied up. Joffrey becomes Jojo, Cersei becomes Susie and Daenerys becomes Denise.
The parody is similar to the real “Game of Thrones” in one respect. It all gets even better when Tyrion, aka Terry, walks in.
