She’s over him — finally.
Glamorous Ukrainian embezzler Renata Shamrakova has moved on from the man she claims was her one-time lover — Nicky Hilton ex Todd Meister — and is engaged to a mystery man she described only as “Jewish” and “with dreamy blue eyes.”
“I’m passionately in love,” the stunning brown-eyed brunette giddily gushed to The Post. “I’ve met my match and couldn’t be happier.”
But she’s not exactly done with the hedge fund honcho, who has denied they ever had a romantic relationship — Shamrakova still owes Meister $821,000 she stole from him while working as his personal assistant in 2011.
The gorgeous convict pleaded guilty in March to charging up two American Express cards in Meister’s name to travel to Aruba, Canada, India, Italy and France and to purchase thousands of pieces of jewelry.
The first restitution payment is due Dec, 20 — and her parents are desperately trying to sell their upstate bungalow for $1.2 million to meet the deadline and help their only child avoid up to three years in prison.
As a last ditch effort, Shamrakova tried to raise cash through the website Gofundme.com — but has received a measly $335 and a barrage of insults.
Shamrakova, 28, flashed a stunning diamond engagement ring at Tuesday’s appearance in Manhattan Supreme Court to update a judge on her restitution progress.
The sparkling bauble accented her stylish ensemble: a red hoodie over a belted brown sweater dress paired with black booties.
Although she was coy about the size of the rock, it was at least two carats and set in a beautiful art deco gold band designed by her fiancé, she told the Post.
“Everyone is going to say I should sell it,” she said. “But it wouldn’t come close (to satisfying the debt).”
She won’t divulge her soulmate’s name but did say he works in fashion.
“He’s not in finance. I wouldn’t make that mistake twice,” she scoffed, referencing her former beau who was married to Nicky Hilton a mere six weeks. “He is a family man and very devoted. He stuck by me through this and I’m so grateful.”
They plan to wed in an intimate ceremony at a barn in East Hampton.
Her betrothed is a far cry from Meister who frequently put her down and called her stupid, she said. Days before her arrest, she sent Meister a resignation letter citing the abuse which she provided to the Post. The lawyer who drafted the letter wasn’t able to immediately authenticate it.
When reached by phone Meister declined to comment on the letter, whether she’d quit before her arrest or whether the two were ever lovers.
