A 15-year-old Brooklyn boy was shot and killed on a basketball court in Highland Park last night, police said.
Larry Hill was playing ball with another teen at about 8:45 p.m. when a girl came up and began to harass them and call them names, law enforcement sources said.
Hill, whom cops described as a good kid with no criminal record, asked the girl to leave them alone.
She left the park, but returned a short time later with someone cops believe is her boyfriend and two other friends, who are members of the Crips gang, sources said.
One of the gang members then shot a gun twice in the air before firing at Hill, hitting him in the back twice.
He was taken to Brookdale Hospital where he died about two hours later, cops said. The girl and the gang members fled the park and no arrests were made.
