Jackson Jr.’s junk hits the auction block

An new auction could put a dent in Jesse Jackson Jr’s debt – that is if anybody buys the tacky stuff!

A collection of Jackson’s memorabilia — including fur coats and autographed Micheal Jackson posters — will hit the auction block on Tuesday to help repay campaign funds the disgraced lawmaker spent illegally.

U.S. Marshals will sell 13 of Jackson’s possessions at an online auction to help payback the $750,000 in campaign funds misused by the Chicago Democrat.

Jackson — who is the son of civil rights leader Rev. Jesse Jackson — was last month sentenced to 2.5 years behind bars for contributing to the misspent fund.

Items on the auction block include a woman’s mink jacket with silver-fox sleeves, a red cashmere cape and a guitar signed by Eddie Van Halen, according to a Marshals Service press release.

Jackson’s wife, Sandra, was sentenced to a year in prison for filing false joint federal income tax returns in the same case. Some of the possessions being auctioned off belong to her.

His signed Eddie Van Halen guitar is also autographed by Michael Jackson, who penned the phrase, “Let Love Fall Like Rain” on the instrument.

Buyers can also purchase three Bruce Lee autographed photos and a framed and matted copy of the Michael Jackson record “Blood on the Dance Floor.”

All are posted on txauction.com and bidding starts at 10 a.m. central time on Tuesday.

The auction runs through Sept. 26.
