The Post’s editorial Monday evaluating my tenure as Brooklyn district attorney was not only unfair, it was blatantly inaccurate.
The task force I myself empaneled is not looking into misconduct by my assistants, but at cases pursued by former NYPD Detective Louis Scarcella. And The Post’s criticism of my handling of Orthodox Jewish cases is also deceiving, since it fails to mention my office has the most indictments of any other borough with over 100.
These omissions are a disservice to your readers.
