‘Devil Wears Prada’ scribe puts Chelsea condo on the market

It’s a writer’s dream condo. But now “The Devil Wears Prada” author Lauren Weisberger and her writer husband Michael Cohen are moving to bigger digs — and hope to double their home investment — by putting their cherished 1,994-square-foot Chelsea apartment, which comes with a 3,000-square-foot private garden, on the market for $4.995 million. They bought the abode for $2.575 million in 2010.

The three-bedroom, 2½-bathroom condo includes a four-hole putting green outside, spa-quality bathrooms and a large home office/guest room with built-in storage and a queen-sized Murphy bed. Building amenities include a gym with an outdoor garden and a rooftop deck.

Douglas Elliman brokers Howard Margolis, Marie Espinal and Jeff Adler have the listing.

Spin city

DJ and producer Tiesto recently toured a penthouse at 684 Broadway. The $7.65 million NoHo co-op comes with three bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms and 2,200 square feet of private outdoor space with a hot tub and Boffi outdoor shower. Inside, the eco-conscious design boasts sustainably harvested walnut floors. Corcoran’s Bernice Leventhal and Sarah Thompson have the listing.
