Police on Wednesday identified the gunman who allegedly killed a woman struck by a stray bullet in front of her Clinton Hill home.

Corey Brown, 21, was arguing with a man at Dekalb and Franklin avenues at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday when he allegedly pulled a gun and squeezed off a round that hit Nicoleia Taylor in the chest.

Taylor, 24, who had been standing near the foes, died at Brooklyn Hospital, cops said. Brown has prior arrests, for robbery and other charges that had been sealed by the courts, police said.


A thief is wanted for snatching a woman’s cellphone on board a subway train in Flatbush, cops said.

On Sept. 17 at about 1:20 p.m., the suspect was sitting across from the 42­-year-old victim on board a train near Nostrand and Flatbush avenues.

At the Flatbush Avenue station, he grabbed her Samsung Galaxy and fled, according to police. He was seen on surveillance video exiting the station wearing a red hoodie.


The Bronx

Cops are looking for a gunman and an accomplice in the shooting of two teens in a Longwood building.

The 17­ and 18­-year-­old victims were in the building at 686 Beck St. at about 9:05 p.m. on Sept. 23 when an assailant burst in and opened fire, hitting them both in the lower back, police said. The victims were taken to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition.

Nearby surveillance video showed the shooter and an accomplice walking toward the scene of the crime, cops said.

The gunman was wearing a cap and a man in a hoodie pointed out the building to the gunman, cops said.


A jealous ex­-boyfriend kicked in the door of his baby’s mama home, hit her on the head and threatened to kill her and any other man who entered the apartment, authorities said.

Henry Colon, 32, kicked in the front door of the Anderson Avenue apartment at about 1:45 a.m. on Sept. 14, a Criminal Court complaint states.

He smacked the victim in the head and snarled, “I don’t want any other men in here,” the documents state.

“If I see him I will kill him,” he allegedly added. “I’m going to kill you,” he threatened, according to court papers.

Colon was arrested Friday and charged with burglary, assault, trespassing, criminal mischief, menacing and harassment.


Two women in a catfight turned their rage on cops trying to break up the fight in Tremont, authorities said.

Abigail Ramos, 21, and Francess Maisonet, 20, were arguing at Third Avenue and East 178th Street at about 4 a.m. Sunday when Ramos smacked Maisonet in the face, a Criminal Court complaint states.

When a cop tried to arrest Ramos, Maisonet jumped on his back and Ramos bit his left bicep and head­butted him, the documents state.

A sergeant then tried to pull Maisonet off the cop’s back and Ramos spit in the sergeant’s face, records show. Both were charged with assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.


Staten Island

A suicidal man was arrested after locking himself in a bedroom with a loaded pistol in New Brighton, authorities said.

David Hoeltzel, 29, locked himself in a basement bedroom at his home on Winter Avenue near Bismark Avenue at about 6 p.m. last Friday, court documents state.

A 911 caller told police that the emotionally disturbed man was threatening to kill himself, according to Criminal Court documents.

When cops got to the house, Hoeltzel said, “I have a loaded pistol in my waistband. I have some ammunition in a tackle box,” according to the complaint.

Cops found the gun loaded with 12 rounds and arrested Hoeltzel after he resisted by flailing his arms to avoid getting cuffed. Hoeltzel was charged with possession of ammunition, obstructing governmental justice, criminal possession of a weapon and resisting arrest, the documents state.
