Ex-con charged over fatal Clinton Hill shooting

Cops charged an ex-con for playing a role in the fatal shooting of a woman in Clinton Hill, authorities said.

Allen Shaw, 34, was picked up by cops for assault after he punched a 26-year-old woman in the neck on Oct. 1, the same night that Nicoleia Taylor, 21, was killed, police said.

Suspected shooter Corey Brown

The next day police connected Shaw to the shooting — discovered that he had been the one to pass the gun to the suspected shooter Corey Brown, 21, cops said.

Brown was in an argument with another man Oct. 1 on DeKalb and Franklin Avenues when he pulled the gun that Shaw allegedly gave to him and opened fire — accidentally shooting Taylor.

She later died from her injuries at Brooklyn Hospital, police said.

Brown, who has prior arrests for robbery and other charges that had been sealed by the courts, is still at large.

Shaw has served three bids in state prison and has a slew of prior arrests dating back to 1993, cops said.

He was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and is being held in jail in lieu of $300,000 bail.
