Omar Hoist

Police identified the man as Omar Hoist, 32.

The victim said that moments before she was raped in the park near East 100th Street, the man told her his name, which helped cops identify him as a possible suspect.

The victim was walking on East 88th Street near Fifth Avenue at 3:30 a.m. when a man started talking to her and walking next to her. They walked north and into the park together and sat down on a bench, cops said.

Suddenly, he allegedly attacked her and fled.
