Stroller-slay dad wanted in subway robbery

The Brooklyn father who wouldn’t cooperate with cops after his baby son was fatally shot in his stroller is now wanted for robbing a teen on the subway, police said Friday.

Anthony Hennis, 22, and another man in his 20s approached a 19-year-old man on a No. 3 train as it headed south to the Saratoga Avenue station in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, cops said.

The two men threatened the teen and his sister and demanded his watch and wallet, cops said. The teen surrendered his watch and was punched in the face by Hennis before Hennis and his accomplice bolted when the train arrived at the station, police said.

A female passenger recognized Hennis from newspaper photos of him that appeared after he refused to talk to detectives investigating the slaying of his 16-month-old son, Antiq, while Hennis pushed his stroller in Brownsville on Sept. 1, sources said.

“You know who that was?” she asked the teen, before explaining Hennis’ notoriety.

The victim reported the robbery and allegedly identified Hennis from police photos, sources said.

At the time of his son’s death, cops said Hennis may have been the target of the .45-caliber bullet from a gang member.
