Blind man in subway fall caught in bizarre love triangle

The blind man whose guide dog jumped onto subway tracks to save him is caught in a love triangle that got heated outside the hospital where he’s recovering.

Cecil Williams’ ex- live-in girlfriend, Rosita Cotto, claims new girlfriend “Cynthia” plotted to keep her from visiting him at St. Luke’s Hospital Thursday.

“She is just a booty call!” Cotto shouted, before being turned away, sobbing, by hospital workers.

On Tuesday, Williams, 61, fell off a platform at the 125th Street station in Harlem. Loyal pooch Orlando followed, and they survived being run over by a train.

Supporters have donated more than $80,000 to keep them together after Orlando, 11, retires, because Williams’ insurance won’t cover a nonworking dog.

Cotta had lived with the blind Casanova for five years until Hurricane Sandy struck and they were forced to live separately, she said.

Cynthia fired back, “I’m here and she is not!”

Williams fell on to the tracks after he grew faint and lost footing on the platform of the 125th Street station on Tuesday. His loyal pooch , Orlando, then jumped onto the tracks after him and began licking his face.

A quick-thinking subway conductor hit brakes of the train and the duo rolled into a trough on the tracks. The train then passed over both of them, causing only minor injuries.

Transit officials pulled Orlando out from under the train and Williams was rushed to St. Luke’s Hospital while wearing a neck brace.

Williams must now stay in the hospital one more day because he has a fever and a headache.
